Job summary

24/7 Motorcoach is seeking a diligent Motorcoach Service Coordinator Assistant to support daily operations of the Service Department. You will write up service orders, relay information with customers, coordinate staff and vehicle movement, and ensure tasks are completed promptly.

You will also help ensure compliance, work with customers in person, by phone and email, and assist with ordering parts, collecting deposits and final payments for work completed, contributing to smooth operations and

Qualifications

• Requires at least a high school diploma or higher.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or coordinating role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Basic knowledge of time tracking and accounting.
• Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Meeting and communicating with customers regarding new, current, and past service orders; return calls promptly.
• Prepare daily work schedules for employees and provide technicians with service orders.
• Address employee questions or concerns and escalate to management as needed.
• Coordinate with the parts department on inventory and ordering/returning parts.
• Communicate status of service orders, parts, and technician hours between Owner, Service Writer and Parts dept.
• Coordinate with Storage on vehicles to be moved or staged for repairs.
