Job summary

ALLSTAR Chauffeured Services is seeking an experienced Motorcoach Fleet Mechanic & Maintenance Coordinator to manage and maintain our motorcoach and commercial vehicle fleet. This role covers the entire vehicle spectrum, not just diesel engines, and requires taking ownership of day-to-day maintenance, DOT readiness, and repair prioritization.

You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, HVAC, air, brake, suspension, and interior issues, coordinate outside repairs, and ensure safe, reliable

Qualifications

• Experience working on motorcoaches, buses, or heavy-duty trucks.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work on more than diesel engines and repair electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on motorcoaches and commercial vehicles.
• Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled services.
• Troubleshoot diesel engine and aftertreatment systems.
• Maintain accurate service records for DOT and company requirements.
• Coordinate repairs with dealerships and outside shops.
• Review DVIRs and prioritize repairs based on safety and operations.
