Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Motor Assembler I to perform standardized motor assembly and testing while learning processes and following established procedures. You will work in a production cell under guidance to support production and quality standards.

The role requires reading blueprints, basic math, and attention to detail, with a focus on safety and reliable workmanship. This is an onsite, full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package included.

Qualifications

  • Requires a high school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
  • Basic math skills and use of measuring tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.

  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble motors and components using work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
  • Perform basic mechanical and electrical testing to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Operate manufacturing equipment, including winding machines, test stations, and spray systems.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and bill of materials to complete assembly tasks.
  • Complete and follow required documentation and instructions.
  • Inspect work to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
  • Handle materials properly to prevent damage or contamination.
  • Follow all safety procedures and environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members and support work flow throughout production areas.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Motor Assembler I to join our team. In this role, you will perform standardized motor assembly and testing tasks while learning processes and adhering to established procedures. You will work collaboratively within a production cell under guidance to support production and quality standards.

  • Assemble motors and components using work instructions, drawings, and specifications
  • Perform basic mechanical and electrical testing to ensure products meet specifications

  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and bill of materials to complete assembly tasks

Work Type

Onsite: This role follows an Onsite Work Schedule and requires working from your designated Regal Rexnord office on a full-time basis.

Expected Base Salary Range

$33,280-$39,145 The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, the geographic market of that location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons among other potential factors. This role may be filled at different levels depending on the candidate’s experience, skills, and business needs.
