Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking an onsite machinist in Milwaukee to operate CNC and conventional machines, perform basic setups and inspections, and make offset adjustments. You will load tooling, verify parts against blueprints, and escalate any quality or process issues to ensure production targets are met.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of machining experience, blueprint reading skills, and basic CNC/computer proficiency in a manufacturing environment.

Work Model

This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.

Position Summary

Independently operates CNC or conventional machines for routine jobs, producing quality parts while performing standard setups, inspections, and minor adjustments. Supports consistent workflow and identifies abnormalities impacting production or quality.
