Job summary

Regal Rexnord in the United States is seeking a Motor Assembler II to support assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of motors in a manufacturing setting. You will work with blueprints and process sheets to assemble motors and related components.

This onsite role requires strong mechanical aptitude, ability to read drawings, perform mechanical and electrical tests, and follow safety procedures. The position may involve process improvements and collaboration across production areas.

Qualifications

• Completion of a High School diploma or GED.
• Demonstrated proficiency of manufacturing processes and safety procedures.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Motor Assembler II to assist and support the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of motors and related components within a manufacturing environment. Within this role, you will perform a wide range of assembly and testing tasks with minimal supervision, troubleshooting issues and supporting continuous improvement across multiple production areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all duties associated with Motor Assembler I responsibilities, supporting assembly, repair, and testing of motors as needed
• Assemble standard and large motors, actuators, and related components using blueprints, work instructions, and process sheets.
• Select and verify materials using Bill of Materials (BOM) and maintain traceability documentation
• Perform mechanical and electrical testing using established procedures and testing equipment
• Troubleshoot product issues and identify root causes, implementing corrective actions as needed
• Inspect work to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
• Handle materials properly to prevent damage or contamination
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in accordance with safety standards
• Support process improvements and assist with additional production tasks as needed

Required Skills And Qualifications

Work Type: Onsite: This role follows an Onsite Work Schedule and requires working from your designated Regal Rexnord office on a full-time basis.

Expected Base Salary Range: $33,280-45,718

The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, the geographic market of that location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons among other potential factors.

This role may be filled at different levels depending on the candidate’s experience, skills, and business needs.
