Job summary

Justrite Safety Group is seeking a Motion Safety Unit Controller to oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and strategic advisory activities. You will partner with the Motion Safety leadership team to drive improvements, improve profitability, and ensure accurate, timely financial information for decision-making.

You will report to the Director of Finance and collaborate with the Business Unit General Manager, with potential growth across the organization over 3-5 years

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field. CPA or MBA preferred.
• 7 - 10 years or progressive experience in financial management and reporting roles.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Syteline, etc.)
• Advanced proficiency with Excel is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial accounting and reporting for the Motion Safety unit.
• Develop internal controls and support strategic planning and KPIs.
• Coordinate annual budgeting and forecasting with leadership.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate financial statements.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive cost reduction and efficiency.
