Job summary

Justrite Safety Group seeks a Motion Safety BU Controller to oversee financial performance and provide strategic insights for the Motion Safety business unit (Checkers). You will oversee reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and operations finance activities while partnering with leadership to drive improvements.

You’ll report to the Director of Finance with growth potential within 3–5 years, and you’ll work with a finance team focused on accuracy, governance, and business impact across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressive financial management and reporting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, compliance standards and cost accounting.
• ERP proficiency (SAP, Oracle, Syteline) and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the business unit.
• Consolidate group-wide financial statements and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Develop budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes.
• Provide financial analysis to influence strategic decisions and capital investments.
• Lead internal controls, risk management, and regulatory reporting.
