Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master or CPA preferred.
• 5+ years in a senior financial managerial role in distribution or manufacturing.
• Proven budgeting and financial reporting experience.
• Strong BOM, manufacturing cost, and physical inventory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations (AP/AR/payroll/GL/treasury).
• Prepare financial reports (P&L, balance sheets, regulatory reports).
• Develop and implement financial policies and budgeting processes.
• Manage physical inventory and BOM costing; ensure profitability.
• Collaborate with leaders to drive cost reductions and strategy.
