Job summary

Helix Linear Technologies seeks a driven Sales Engineer to own and grow an assigned sales territory, partnering with design engineers and procurement teams to understand requirements and guide opportunities from first contact through order. This 100% onsite role blends technical consultation with relationship‑based selling.

You will be the trusted advisor customers rely on to select lead screws, ball screws, or linear actuators, while collaborating with engineering and operations to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical background.
• 2+ years in sales engineering, applications engineering, or technical sales.
• Experience in motion control, automation, or industrial components preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a defined sales territory with a healthy pipeline.
• Partner with customers' engineering teams to understand requirements and recommend solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals, quotes, and product recommendations tailored to customer specs.
• Nurture opportunities through all stages of the sales cycle and drive to close.
