Job summary

HIWIN Corporation is a leader in motion control and mechatronic system technology. We seek a Territory Sales Engineer to grow our presence, strengthen customer relationships, and drive new business across an assigned sales territory.

The role blends technical expertise with consultative selling to OEMs and industrial customers. You will develop territory plans, execute sales strategies, and collaborate with product teams to tailor solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of technical sales experience with OEM customers.
• Motion control, automation, robotics, or related industry experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and CRM skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 60%.
• Must reside in San Diego County or Orange County.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing accounts and develop new business opportunities.
• Sell technical solutions to OEMs and industrial customers.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop territory plans and execute sales strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs.
• Represent HIWIN at customer visits, trade shows, and industry events.
