Job summary

HIWIN Corporation is seeking a Territory Sales Engineer to grow our presence in an assigned region and strengthen customer relationships. The role blends technical knowledge with business development to sell motion control solutions.

The assigned territory includes Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, North Carolina and Virginia. Candidates must reside in one of these states and be able to travel up to 60% while representing HIWIN at events and customer visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of technical sales experience with OEM customers.
• Experience in motion control, automation, robotics, or related industry.
• Strong communication, presentation, and CRM skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 60%.
• Must reside in Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, North Carolina, or Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing accounts and develop new business opportunities.
• Sell technical solutions to OEMs and industrial customers.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop territory plans and execute sales strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs.
• Represent HIWIN at customer visits, trade shows, and industry events.
