Responsibilities

• Receive, expedite and track all customer power unit assembly purchase orders ensuring bill of material and price is current and correct.
• Manage order acknowledgements.
• Communicate status updates and answer customer questions.
• Support production delays and deadlines to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate production release and drawings with the shop for power unit assembly.
• Issue purchase orders to vendors for parts needed in assemblies.
• Fill out paperwork to ship power units to customers and perform document file management.
