Qualifications

• Strong motion control background and field sales experience.
• Experience selling fluid conveyance technologies and industrial components is a plus.
• Ability to identify, specify, and apply products to meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow your territory across Worcester County and surrounding areas.
• Plan and execute weekly sales calls using CRM to prioritize opportunities.
• Sell solutions, not just components, by proposing fluid connector solutions (hoses, fittings, quick couplings, instrumentation).
• Serve as the technical expert applying motion control knowledge to close opportunities.
• Collaborate with inside sales, application engineers, quality, marketing and management to deliver top-notch customer support.
• Conduct product demonstrations and Lunch & Learns at customer sites with factory reps.
• Attend product trainings, factory schools, sales meetings, and industry events to stay sharp.
• Engage vendor partners through joint sales calls and networking opportunities.
• Create cross-selling opportunities by promoting Hope Group divisions, products and services.
• Proactively resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
