Job summary

The Hope Group, A SunSource Company, is seeking a motivated outside sales professional to cover the New England region, specifically Worcester County and surrounding areas. You will grow OEM and end-user relationships by selling fluid conveyance technologies, hoses, tube fittings, quick couplings, and instrumentation, leveraging your motion control background.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of industrial/technical sales experience, a technical degree or diploma, and proven ability to translate

Qualifications

• Has 4+ years of industrial/technical outside sales experience.
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow territory by managing existing accounts and developing new OEM and end-user relationships.
• Plan and execute weekly sales calls using CRM to prioritize opportunities and drive results.
• Sell solutions by designing and proposing fluid connector solutions (hoses, tube fittings, couplings, instrumentation).
• Be the technical expert applying motion control knowledge to identify and close opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer support.
• Travel within New England region as needed.
