Fay Servicing is seeking a leader to drive the seamless transfer of mortgage servicing portfolios and ensure compliance across the process. You will coordinate with multiple departments, manage risk, and implement technology solutions to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field (or equivalent combination of years of experience with High School diploma/ GED) required.
• 3+ years' experience in Servicing Transfer/ Loan Boarding Management roles required.
• 5+ years' experience in mortgage servicing required.
• 2+ years' leadership experience in mortgage servicing.
• Strong analytical and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives related to seamless transfer of mortgage servicing portfolios.
• Oversee planning, execution and compliance of servicing transfers.
• Collaborate with departments to optimize transfer processes and manage risk.
