Job summary

Fay Servicing, LLC is seeking a dedicated professional to administer a defined interim servicing process for Retail and Correspondent channels. You will coordinate onboarding of first payments, manage borrower communications, escrow reconciliation, and investor transfer notices during the period between loan origination and investor boarding.

The role emphasizes RESPA compliance, timely disclosures, and adherence to corporate policies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field (or equivalent combination of years of experience with High School diploma/GED).
• 5+ years of mortgage industry experience, including at least 3 years in a mortgage servicing environment.
• 2+ years of experience in a direct-to-consumer mortgage servicing role.
• Prior experience delivering loan files, data and documentation to end investors or third-party entities.
• Proficiency with Encompass or a similar loan origination system.
• Experience with MSP required.
• Strong skills and experience in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to facilitate meetings and effectively lead discussions.
• Solid decision-making abilities coupled with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and oversight of first payment collection and application.
• Oversee borrower communications and disclosures during the post-closing period.
• Manage escrow reconciliation and investor transfer notices between loan origination and investor boarding.
• Ensure compliance with RESPA timelines and organizational policies.
