Job summary

Fay Servicing, LLC is seeking a dedicated professional to administer a defined interim servicing process for Retail and Correspondent channels. You will coordinate onboarding of first payments, manage borrower communications, escrow reconciliation, and investor transfer notices during the period between loan origination and investor boarding.

The role emphasizes RESPA compliance, timely disclosures, and adherence to corporate policies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field (or equivalent combination of years of experience with High School diploma/GED).
• 5+ years of mortgage industry experience, including at least 3 years in a mortgage servicing environment.
• 2+ years of experience in a direct-to-consumer mortgage servicing role.
• Prior experience delivering loan files, data and documentation to end investors or third-party entities.
• Proficiency with Encompass or a similar loan origination system.
• Experience with MSP required.
• Strong skills and experience in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to facilitate meetings and effectively lead discussions.
• Solid decision-making abilities coupled with sound judgment.

Reporting to the AVP of Transaction Management – Whole Loans, this position is responsible for administering a defined interim servicing process for the Retail and Correspondent channels. This role also supports the Transaction Management Desk by managing overflow tasks and performing designated post-closing responsibilities.

This role is responsible for coordinating onboarding and oversight of first payment collection and application, borrower communications and disclosures, escrow reconciliation and investor transfer notices during the period between loan origination and investor boarding or transfer. The role ensures compliant handling of RESPA-required timelines, reduces unnecessary loan boarding and enhances the borrower experience during the first payment cycle. Additionally, the role ensures strict adherence to organizational policies, regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field (or equivalent combination of years of experience with High School diploma/GED)

Compensation

• The annual range for this position is between $56,000 to $66,560
• This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
