American Neighborhood Mortgage Acceptance Company is seeking a Full Time Business Development Manager to drive mortgage loan originator and branch recruiting. You will identify leads, nurture them through the process, and coordinate onboarding with the Branch Manager, while adhering to company values and industry regulations.

The role requires mortgage sales experience and strong communication, with travel as a frequent demand.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Mortgage sales experience preferred.
• Experience in creating sales and marketing strategies.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Establish contacts with potential candidates in target markets.
• Build relationships with originator, sales manager, and branch manager recruits.
• Attract candidates via calls, emails, CRM campaigns, LinkedIn, blogging, and networking.
• Perform due diligence and assess qualifications and economics.
• Arrange next steps: discovery calls, round tables, onboarding handoff.
• Adhere to company values; avoid discussing loan terms with borrowers.
