Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of mortgage industry experience.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience with HR sourcing techniques and employer branding is a plus.
• Ability to manage priorities and work independently.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline via job boards, networking, referrals, social media, events.
• Partner with leadership to understand market needs and talent gaps.
• Engage in lead generation and cold outreach to identify candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ADP Applicant Tracking System.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws throughout the process.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on succession planning and talent management.
