Job summary

Jet Home Loans, part of the Dream Finders Homes family, is seeking a Shipping & Suspense Coordinator. This role demands experience in loan delivery to investors and government agencies, preparing loan data and documents for delivery, and prioritizing files from a queue to meet investor requirements.

The ideal candidate will know mortgage loan documents and ULDD, work with multiple investors, and communicate effectively with internal and external customers about the mortgage origination process.

Qualifications

• Mortgage origination knowledge or background.
• Knowledge of the ULDD - Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
• Knowledge of the Uniform Closing Dataset.
• Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Detail oriented and highly organized.
• Computer and technology savvy (Microsoft Office products).
• Patient with repetitive tasks.
• Experience with Encompass operation system, a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare loan data and documents for delivery to investors.
• Prioritize and prepare loan files according to investor requirements.
• Coordinate with investors and internal/external customers to resolve delivery issues.
• Maintain timely follow-up on each file to rectify delivery issues and investor suspended loans.
• Communicate daily with internal and external customers about the mortgage origination process.
