The candidate should have mortgage origination knowledge, ULDD/UCD familiarity, strong organizational and communication skills, and comfort with Encompass and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Mortgage origination knowledge or background.
• Knowledge of the Uniform Loan Delivery Dataset (ULDD) - Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
• Knowledge of the Uniform Closing Dataset.
• Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Detail oriented and highly organized.
• Computer and technology savvy (Microsoft Office).
• Patient with repetitive tasks.
• Experience with Encompass operating system, a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare loan data and/or loan documents for delivery to investors as loans are committed.
• Work from a queue/pipeline, prioritizing and preparing loan files per company/investor requirements.
• Follow up regularly on each file to research and rectify delivery issues and investor-suspended loans.
• Interact daily with internal and external customers, understanding the mortgage origination process.
