Qualifications

• Mortgage origination knowledge or background.
• Knowledge of the Uniform Loan Delivery Dataset (ULDD) - Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
• Knowledge of the Uniform Closing Dataset.
• Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Detail oriented and highly organized.
• Computer and technology savvy (Knowledge of Microsoft Office products).
• Patient with repetitive tasks.
• Experience with Encompass operation system, a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare loan data and documents for delivery to investors.
• Prioritize and prepare loan files per company and investor requirements.
• Deliver all types of loan files and loan products.
• Follow up on each file to research and rectify delivery issues.
• Communicate daily with internal and external customers about mortgage origination.
