NightOwl Consulting is seeking a Mortgage Loan Setup Specialist to streamline the front end of the mortgage process by handling third‑party orders, verifications, disclosures readiness, and pre‑processing file scrubs. This role ensures files are accurate, compliant, and fully documented so they move quickly from application to processing/underwriting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of mortgage operations experience in loan setup or processing.
• Experience with Encompass, ICE, DataVerify and related mortgage vendors.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files to SLA deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process third‑party orders and verifications for mortgages.
• Coordinate EOIs, RCEs, WVOE/VVOE, VOM/VOR, and tax transcripts.
• Pull reports, verify data, and ensure TRID/ECOA readiness for disclosures.
• Coordinate title/escrow contacts and payoff requests.
• Maintain file data integrity and readiness for initial disclosures.
