Job summary

NVR Mortgage, based on-site in its mortgage offices, seeks a Compliance Specialist - Document Control to support loan operations through LOS testing and documentation management. You will help update templates, testing processes, and ensure accurate fee tables within LOS to assist Loan Officers and Processors from application to closing.

Responsibilities include HMDA reporting coordination, regulatory updates, and collaboration with IT to maintain compliant documentation and audits.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience working with a financial institution preferred.
• Working knowledge of real estate documentation, policies, compliance, and procedures.
• Strong organization skills, exceptional attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Work with LOS and IT to support documentation testing for custom and standard documents.
• Prepare, test and review documentation updates and system changes.
• Coordinate HMDA reporting for government submission and third-party review for Fair Lending.
• Assist in coordination of reports and documentation for state audits.
• Stay current with regulations from government/state agencies and FNMA/FHLMC/FHA/VA
