EXPERT MORTGAGE LENDING LLC is seeking a Mortgage Processing Specialist to manage end-to-end mortgage application processing, ensuring documentation and compliance are met. You will support loan officers and coordinate with borrowers throughout the loan lifecycle.

In this role, you will handle review of income, asset, and credit documents, maintain compliance with FNMA, TRID, FHA/VA rules, and use Encompass or similar software to drive timely closings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in loan origination or mortgage processing.
• Knowledge of FNMA guidelines, TRID, FHA/VA regulations.
• Experience with Encompass or similar mortgage processing software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify loan documents for accuracy.
• Coordinate with officers, borrowers, and underwriters.
• Ensure compliance with lending guidelines and housing laws.
• Manage processing workflows from application to closing.
• Conduct credit analysis and assess borrower eligibility.
