The role emphasizes accuracy, process improvement, and collaboration with Compliance and accounting to resolve issues and ensure timely mortgage servicing operations.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of mortgage servicing, post‑closing, investor delivery, or loan operations experience.
• Two‑year college degree or equivalent training.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary servicing resource for borrowers, members, branches, and Cenlar; research questions and advise on next steps.
• Upload funded loans and documents to Cenlar; ensure proper boarding and investor delivery.
