Qualificações

• Two-year college degree or equivalent/training as described.
• Three to five years of mortgage loan processing experience.
• Strong data entry, communication and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review documents for completeness and accuracy; coordinate with borrowers and originators.
• Process credit reports, appraisals, surveys, and title commitments; verify incomes and deposits.
• Assemble borrower data and prepare information for underwriters; issue notices as needed.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies, including Bank Secrecy Act and Patriot Act.
