Job summary

Paramount Residential Mortgage Group in Corona, CA is seeking a Loan Servicer to handle post-funding customer service, collections, and daily servicing operations, ensuring adherence to CFPB and investor guidelines. You will work with branches and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain efficient loan transfer and payment processing.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1–2 years mortgage servicing experience, and strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• One to two years of mortgage loan collections and servicing experience.
• Working knowledge of regulations and guidelines governing mortgage servicing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls and initiate daily outbound collection calls and emails for newly originated residential mortgage loans in accordance with CFPB regulations.
• Contact Branch Managers, Loan Officers, Account Executives and Correspondent representatives to avoid first/early payment default.
• Coordinate with servicer or investors to correct Post-Closing issues and ensure proper payments.
• Maintain all department procedures and communicate with servicer/investors for transfer of new loans and accurate reporting.
• Respond to customer and branch complaints, researching cases and responding via telephone, email, and ticketing system.
• Process netted payoff demands and credit card charges related to loan servicing and internal requests.
