Job summary

Keesler Federal Credit Union seeks a Mortgage Servicing Special Loans Analyst in Gulfport, MS. You will manage complex loan types, coordinate with attorneys, and support modifications, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

The role requires experience in mortgage servicing, familiarity with investor guidelines, and proficiency in Jack Henry systems. On-site work, strong collaboration, and ongoing training are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of similar or related mortgage servicing experience.
• Familiar with VA, FHA, USDA, and GSE Investor Guidelines.
• Proficient with Jack Henry Core Loan Processing/Servicing Systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; accurate and detailed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare letters related to mortgage status, attorney instructions, and inquiries.
• Review title releases and mortgage package documents with attorneys.
• Process loan modifications including assumptions, rollovers, hardship mods, and subordinations.
• Obtain deeds of trust and final title policies for QA analysis.
• Input ARM loans, adjust rates, and maintain daily rate data.
• Research borrower authorizations, successors, and deceased borrowers in systems.
• Handle HELOC servicing tasks: payments, rate adjustments, billing, and tax/insurance.
