Qualifications

• 5 - 7 years of consumer lending experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of consumer credit and trend analysis/analytics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and underwriting systems.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and decide consumer loan applications within authority.
• Provide guidance and training to underwriting staff.
• Collaborate with branches and lending staff to balance risk and growth.
• Review loan documentation and verification of income.
