Job summary

Hunter Hamilton is seeking an experienced Client Onboarding Manager to guide credit union partners through implementations of a leading mortgage servicing platform. You will coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and credit unions to ensure accurate, on-schedule go-lives and smooth data conversions.

You’ll manage project plans, milestones, and risk mitigation while translating technical concepts for nontechnical stakeholders.

Qualifications

4+ years in mortgage servicing or financial services onboarding.
Experience managing projects, timelines, and cross-functional deliverables.
Knowledge of data conversions, file mapping, and testing processes.
Strong communication and ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
Experience with Black Knight / ICE MSP is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end credit union implementations from planning through go-live and stabilization.
Develop project plans, manage milestones, and address risks.
Serve as liaison between credit unions, internal teams, and external vendors.
Coordinate system integrations including core banking, digital banking, SSO, payments.
Gather requirements and document system needs for stakeholder alignment.
Coordinate conversion testing, data validation, and go-live readiness.
Perform basic platform configuration and document implementation procedures.
