Job summary

Employee Workplace seeks an experienced Servicing Implementation Manager to guide credit union partners through onboarding for a leading mortgage servicing platform. You will coordinate across internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful data conversion, testing, and go-live readiness.

The role emphasizes managing complex implementations, risk mitigation, and clear communication with nontechnical stakeholders, leveraging prior mortgage servicing or financial services onboarding

Qualifications

• 4+ years of mortgage servicing or financial services implementation experience.
• Experience managing projects, timelines, and cross-functional deliverables.
• Understanding of data conversions, file mapping, system integrations, and testing.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Experience with Black Knight / ICE MSP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end credit union implementations on the mortgage servicing platform, from planning and data conversion through testing, go-live, and stabilization.
• Develop project plans, manage milestones, facilitate status meetings, and proactively address risks and implementation delays.
• Serve as the primary liaison between credit unions, internal servicing teams, and external technology vendors.
• Coordinate system integrations involving core banking platforms, digital banking, member portals, single sign-on (SSO), payments, and statement delivery.
• Gather requirements, explain technical processes, document system needs, and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
• Coordinate conversion testing, data validation, balancing, and go-live readiness.
• Perform basic platform configuration as needed and develop standardized implementation procedures and documentation.

Are you an experienced mortgage servicing or financial services implementation professional who excels at managing complex projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and driving successful system conversions? We’re looking for a Servicing Implementation Manager to lead credit union partners through the onboarding process for a leading mortgage servicing platform.

This is an opportunity to join a specialized mortgage servicing organization that partners with credit unions to deliver reliable, member-focused servicing solutions. In this role, you’ll serve as the central point of coordination between credit union partners, internal servicing teams, and external technology vendors to ensure implementations are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end credit union implementations on the mortgage servicing platform, from planning and data conversion through testing, go-live, and stabilization.

• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Experience with Black Knight / ICE MSP is strongly preferred.

Preferred: Credit union or CUSO experience, familiarity with core banking systems and SSO integrations, mortgage servicing knowledge.
