Job summary

Onity Mortgage is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support mortgage servicing operations in West Palm Beach. You will analyze promissory note endorsements, resolve documentation issues, and collaborate with partners to ensure accurate, compliant processes and a seamless customer experience.

The role involves handling document routing, responding to requests, and participating in cross-training for peak periods. Minimum 1 year of mortgage servicing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• One-year mortgage servicing or related experience.
• Working knowledge of Promissory Note and related mortgage documents preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process promissory notes by reviewing chain of title, executing internal allonges or requesting from outside third parties, and shipping to proper party when requested.
• Ship original documents to Onity firms or vendors as requested.
• Respond to internal and external requests via team mailboxes.
• Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Cross train to assist with additional job functions in the division during peak periods or deadlines.
