Job summary

Onity Group Inc. in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Specialist, Note Endorsement to review the note endorsement chain and determine necessary curative actions while delivering superior customer service to internal and external customers.

The role focuses on reviewing promissory notes, coordinating with PHH firms or vendors, and handling document requests, with cross-training for peak periods and deadlines to support the mortgage servicing division.

Responsibilities

• Processes promissory notes by reviewing chain of title, executing internal allonges or requesting from outside third parties, and shipping to proper party when requested.
• Ships original documents to PHH firms or vendors as requested.
• Responds to internal and external requests via team mailboxes.
• Completes special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Cross trains to assist with additional job functions in the division during peak volumes or deadlines.
