Qualifications

• 1–3 years of mortgage servicing or loan operations experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and decision trees.
• Ability to review and interpret mortgage/servicing documents.
• Written communication skills and professional documentation.

Responsibilities

• Post-Board data review, validating data against source documentation, and updating the servicing system.
• Review and prioritize the daily post board task list using internal reports and spreadsheets.
• Validate task requests by researching loan documentation in the imaging system and confirming evidence.
• Update the service system with approved changes related to borrower, property, and loan terms.
• Apply notes and logs to document actions and support audit readiness.
• Close tasks accurately, or escalate when documentation is insufficient.
• Maintain clear system notes to support audits and data governance standards.
