Job summary

Truist is seeking a Mortgage Servicing Support role in Greenville, SC to oversee construction-to-permanent servicing. You will ensure accurate intake of referrals, set up loans, disburse funds, and modify loans as they progress to a permanent state.

Responsibilities include updating system records, tracking build milestones, reporting pipeline progress, and escalating inefficiencies with proposed solutions. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• College degree, or equivalent education and related training or experience.
• One to two years of mortgage, banking, banking operations, or comparable education.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products to include Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate loan setup based on originations data and loan documentation.
• Create draw schedule for life of loan based on predetermined milestones specific to build type and product offering.
• Update appropriate internal and external systems of record to ensure documentation captures progress of the build cycle and builder and client interaction.
• Stay current on product offerings, application features, and loan progress.
• Report out on pipeline progress and impediments.
• Identify and communicate adverse issues, trends or inefficiencies to management and other lines of business along with proposed solutions; contribute to agreed upon resolutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external business partners, managing expectations and accountability.
