Truist is seeking a Pre-Processing Quality Lead in Greensboro to provide operational coverage for the Pre-Processing Manager and act as a hybrid SME across all facets of Pre-Processing. The role oversees pipeline performance, resolves loan-level inquiries, and supports both frontline teammates and leadership.

Responsibilities include maintaining SLAs, auditing, policy updates, and mentoring staff while handling a reduced but complex loan pipeline and providing real-time feedback to improve loan

Qualificações

• 4–6 years mortgage experience
• Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline (20+ loans)
• Prior experience mentoring or training people
• Strong written and verbal communication, including with Sales and leadership
• Proficiency with mortgage platforms (e.g., Empower) and Microsoft Office tools

Responsabilidades

• Ensure adherence to pre-processing guidelines, controls and SLAs
• Assist in audit responses (TAS, Governance, QC findings) with Pre-Processing Manager
• Support updates to policies, procedures and systems
• Perform file reviews and audits for quality assurance and compliance
• Provide guidance and coaching to Pre-Processing staff
• Serve as escalation point for complex loan issues and scenarios
