Job summary

Truist is seeking a Mortgage Servicing Analyst to oversee construction-to-permanent loan servicing. You will ensure accurate intake, setup, disbursement, and modify loans to permanent state, and maintain loan documentation per policy. The role involves collaboration with partners and attention to build milestones.

Ideal candidates have a college degree and 1-2 years in mortgage operations, with proficiency in Word and Excel, and strong communication skills. Regular 1st shift in the United States.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent education
• One to two years of mortgage, banking, banking operations, or comparable education
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products to include Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• Oversee governance of construction to permanent servicing
• Ensure accurate and timely intake of referrals, loan setup, disbursement of funds, and modifying loans to permanent state
• Compile and verify loan documents in accordance with policy and product guidelines
• Create draw schedule for life of loan based on milestones
• Update internal systems to capture progress of build and client interaction
• Stay current on product offerings, application features, and loan progress
• Report pipeline progress and impediments
• Identify issues and communicate solutions to management and other lines of business
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners
• All other duties as assigned
