Job summary

Truist is seeking a team member to oversee construction-to-permanent servicing, ensuring accurate intake of referrals, loan setup, disbursement of funds, and modifications to permanent state. The role focuses on building strong relationships with internal and external partners while maintaining compliance with policy guidelines.

The position requires a college degree or equivalent experience, 1–2 years in mortgage/banking operations, and proficiency with MS Office (Word/Excel).

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent education and related training or experience.
• One to two years of mortgage, banking, banking operations, or comparable education.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products to include Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate loan setup based on originations data and loan documentation.
• Create draw schedule for life of loan based on predetermined milestones specific to build type and product offering.
• Update appropriate internal and external systems of record to ensure documentation captures progress of the build cycle and builder and client interaction.
• Stay current on product offerings, application features, and loan progress.
• Report out on pipeline progress and impediments.
• Identify and communicate adverse issues, trends or inefficiencies to management and other lines of business along with proposed solutions; contribute to agreed upon resolutions.
