You will handle a range of calls and emails, document interactions in a knowledge base, and ensure compliance with FHA guidelines while delivering excellent service.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely responses, and teamwork, with weekday hours and ongoing training.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years mortgage servicing experience.
• At least 1 year contact center or telephone customer service experience.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust Security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service by handling a variety of calls and emails on FHA guidelines and procedures.
• Use knowledge base to locate answers and acknowledge client requests.
• Follow standard operating procedures for topics, systems, and contact channels.
• Document all contacts in a database.
• Keep up to date on FHA mortgage processes and procedures.
