Job summary

Leidos is recruiting a full-time Bilingual Mortgage Origination Professionals for the FHA Resource Center in Albuquerque, NM. The Mortgage Origination Customer Service Representative will leverage mortgage background across loan origination roles to support FHA policies and procedures.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 2 years mortgage origination experience (e.g. loan originator, loan processor, junior underwriter, loan officer).
Minimum of 1 year of contact center or telephone customer service experience.
Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security clearance (credit check & background).
Bilingual in English and Spanish (written & verbal).

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service via calls and emails on FHA guidelines and procedures.
Use mortgage knowledge to locate answers in a knowledge base and acknowledge requests.
Follow SOPs for topics, systems, and contact channels.
Document all contacts in a database.
Stay up to date on FHA mortgage processes and procedures.
