Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a high-volume contact center environment.
• Bilingual and fully fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience following Standard Operating Procedures.

Responsibilities

• Reply to calls and emails regarding housing requests.
• Utilize knowledge base to answer customer requests.
• Document customer interactions in an internal database.
