Job summary

Leidos in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Mortgage Servicing Customer Service Representative for a full-time role. You will support HUD FHA guidelines, answering calls and emails while expanding FHA knowledge. Our team offers a Monday–Friday schedule, benefits from day one, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of mortgage servicing work history.
• Minimum of 1 year of contact center or telephone customer service experience.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security clearance.
• FHA knowledge/experience (desired).
• Bilingual English and Spanish (desired).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, answering calls and emails on FHA guidelines and procedures.
• Use knowledge of mortgage servicing to locate answers in a knowledge database for clients.
• Follow SOPs for topics, systems, and contact channels.
• Document all contacts in a database.
• Stay up to date on FHA mortgage processes and procedures.
