Job summary
Truist Financial Corporation seeks a CRE Mortgage Servicing professional to support business development and loan placement for the Capital Markets team. You will analyze profitability, negotiate servicing agreements, and document progress in Salesforce, while coordinating loan packages to partners and borrowers.
You will bring 2–5 years in CRE servicing, strong real estate knowledge, and proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce to ensure timely, accurate deliverables and robust client
Qualifications
- Bachelor-level degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
- 2–5 years in commercial real estate mortgage loan servicing.
- Experience interpreting CRE servicing agreements and related docs.
- Loan underwriting and analysis across asset classes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and tasks.
Responsibilities
- Support CRE Mortgage Servicing business development and loan placement opportunities.
- Develop proposals and monitor third-party servicing opportunities.
- Perform profitability analysis and benchmark performance.
- Participate in negotiations of servicing agreements and related docs.
- Document discussions in Salesforce for third-party servicing platform.
- Assist with underwriting and analysis of income-producing assets.
- Coordinate delivery of loan request packages to partners and borrowers.
- Maintain pipeline reports and engage with external lenders and brokers.
