Job summary

Truist is seeking a senior leader to manage Quality Oversight teams within a heavily regulated mortgage servicing environment. You will direct analysts and testing managers to mitigate risk and improve efficiency across servicing operations, leveraging data trends and reports to drive corrective actions.

Responsibilities include ensuring SLA compliance, regulatory alignment, staff development, and establishing controls.

Qualifications

• Education or training in Mortgage, Finance, or related industry.
• Minimum ten years in a management role leading individual contributors.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and training.
• Subject matter expertise in mortgage servicing systems and processes.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to ensure SLA, regulatory, and investor requirement adherence.
• Oversee staffing, performance, development; hire, train and coach staff.
• Establish and maintain department standards; improve processes and controls.
• Identify and manage risks; act as SME for Mortgage Servicing.
• Aggregate, analyze, and report adverse issues with root-cause analysis.
• Build relationships with internal/external partners; manage expectations.
• Plan and execute Mortgage Quality program; track corrective actions.
• Oversee monitoring, testing, and quality oversight; guide testing development.
• Develop actionable reporting for senior management; ensure timely distribution.
• Lead monthly forums for leadership to discuss remediation needs.
• Serve as primary contact for internal/external audits; implement corrective actions.
