Job summary

DynaGen Lending LLC is hiring a Mortgage Sales Team Lead to coach and drive a high-performing team of loan officers and prequalification specialists. You will focus on mentoring, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliant, efficient processes from application to close.

In this role, you will lead daily huddles, conduct one-on-one sessions, and collaborate with operations to deliver a seamless client experience while maintaining deep knowledge of FHA, VA, and Conventional loan products.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of mortgage sales experience (as a Loan Officer or sales manager preferred).
• Active NMLS license.
• Proven ability to lead and coach sales teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills.
• Solid understanding of mortgage processes and loan products (FHA, VA, Conventional, etc.).
• Track record of meeting or exceeding personal and team sales goals.

Responsibilities
