Job summary

Dynagen Lending is seeking a Mortgage Sales Team Lead to coach and drive performance across a team of loan officers and prequalification specialists. You will bridge upper management goals with day-to-day execution while ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.

The role focuses on mentoring, training, and improving sales metrics in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth within a expanding company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years mortgage sales experience preferred (Loan Officer or sales manager).
• Active NMLS license required or in process.
• Proven ability to lead and coach sales teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Loan Officers and/or Mortgage Prequalification Specialists to meet or exceed production goals.
• Monitor pipeline, activity levels, and conversion metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide hands-on training, sales coaching, and call reviews to support team development.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure a smooth client experience from application to close.
• Manage daily huddles, one-on-one performance meetings, and team development sessions.
• Assist with recruiting and onboarding new sales team members as needed.
• Maintain a deep understanding of mortgage products, guidelines, and market conditions.

About the role

As a Mortgage Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of mortgage sales professionals. Your primary focus will be coaching, mentoring, and driving sales performance while ensuring team members follow compliance and company standards. • Solid understanding of mortgage processes and loan products (FHA, VA, Conventional, etc.).
• Track record of meeting or exceeding personal and team sales goals.
