Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Broad understanding of residential mortgage loans.
• Proven computer skills with Windows-based applications.
• Knowledge of federal lending regulations governing residential real estate lending.
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Demonstrated teamwork and customer service skills.
• Ability to analyze policies, procedures and guidelines to maximize productivity while managing risk.

Responsibilities

• Completes quality assurance tasks to ensure files move in the fulfillment process.
• Confirms and reviews documentation at application to meet 7-Day submission.
• Ensures all file components are ordered and included in the loan package.
• Prepares and sends preliminary loan documentation.
• Acts as liaison between MLO and customer until fulfillment.
• Provides support to the loan process and related tasks.
• Maintains a pipeline of incoming and current loan files.
• Manages daily time with in-progress and incoming tasks.
