Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer users' inquiries via telephone and email regarding system problems in a professional manner.
• Serve as a liaison between users and IT for issue resolution.
• Interface with IT, management, and Data Processing to resolve desktop problems.
• Triage incoming calls and escalate complex issues to senior staff.
• Document issues with defect reports and call logs per policy.
• Perform mortgage system change requests and vendor/branch setups.
