Responsibilities

• Work with customers to set expectations including rate inquiries and appointments.
• Confirm documents needed at application to ensure efficiency.
• Assure all components to the file are ordered and included in the loan package.
• Provide marketing support.
• Serve as a liaison between Loan Consultant and Sales Support.
• Build relationships with Realtors, Builders, Appraisers and Title Companies.
• Confirm and cross-sell additional banking products.
• Assist in other areas as needed.
